This mini-miniature orchid is found in Malaysia, Vietnam, and Borneo in lower montane forests at elevations of 1200 to 1900 meters. It is a cool-growing terrestrial or lithophyte with an ovate, green leaf marked by white veins. Blooming in summer, it produces an erect inflorescence with a single flower.
