This orchid is a small to large, hot-growing epiphyte found in Malaysia and southern Thailand’s lowlands. It has pendant stems that narrow at the base, with many bright green, lanceolate leaves. In the fall, it blooms on a short, 1.25 cm long inflorescence emerging from leafless canes, producing 2 to 3 bright orange flowers.
