This miniature to small hot-growing epiphyte is found in the coastal foothills of southwestern and northeastern Thailand at around 20 meters elevation. It has short stems up to 15 cm long with a few leaves. Blooming in the fall, it produces fragrant flowers on 10 to 15 cm long, axillary inflorescences emerging from the upper nodes, with 4 to 6 flowers present while some leaves remain.
